Donald Mackinnon has been with Matrix since 1993, becoming Sales Director in 1996. Philip has worked in financial services for the past 10 years. Prior to becoming Matrix Group’s Compliance Director he was the Managing Director of an IFA business. He has been responsible for the regulatory applications for four of the five regulated businesses and subsequently all their FSA compliance.

Jeremy joined Matrix in 2009 as Business Development Director. Jeremy has 15 years experience in venture capital, private equity and corporate finance. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1995 with Coopers and Lybrand and was previously a Director of Quester a leading venture capital company in the UK. Jeremy is responsible for origination and execution of Matrix Group acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures and partnerships.

Natasha joined Matrix Group in 2004, and is responsible for running the Group's marketing, communications, PR, client servicing, branding and the website. Prior to joining Matrix, Natasha gained several years experience in the financial markets as a credit salesperson at JPMorgan. She sold a broad spectrum of credit products; from credit derivatives to structured products, to UK financial institutions. She has a BSc in Economics from Bristol University.

Asif joined Matrix in July 2008. Asif has over 12 years banking/real estate experience and was previously at Cluttons LLP in London and Bahrain where he led a property derivatives initiative and provided round table consultancy to real estate developers in the GCC. Asif has both a strong derivatives and real estate background, he has traded real estate assets across Europe, Asia and North America, worked as a risk analyst at Citibank, London on the OTC equity derivatives desk and trained at Bank of America (NationsBank). Asif holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Land Management and Development and is currently completing his MBA at Manchester Business School.

Pauline joined Matrix in January 2009 to head the HR function. She has extensive experience in the HR function both as a HR Consultant working with a variety of FTSE 100 clients and in senior HR positions, including Head of HR for a subsidiary of British Airways and Group Head of HR for Whitehead Mann. Pauline has a degree in Social Sciences and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development.
