Simon joined Matrix in October 2010 from Numis Securities where he was Head of Compliance. Previous senior roles have included part of the Société Générale group, Newedge Group (the joint venture between Société Générale and Calyon), HSBC and other major financial institutions. His role encompasses the oversight and management of the Compliance, Operational Risk and Internal Audit functions for the group. Simon has over 20 years experience in senior compliance and control function/advisory roles, managing UK and international teams.

Altaf joined Matrix in August 2010, concentrating on the Asset Management and Property Divisions within the Group. Altaf has extensive regulatory compliance experience, specialising in the asset management sector, gained over the last 8 years. He entered the industry in 2002, when he joined the regulatory team at the Investment Management Association. His next role took him to Threadneedle Investments, where he had primary responsibility for the implementation of new regulations including CRD and MiFID. In 2008, Altaf became Head of Compliance for the UK arm of Natixis Global Asset Management, before moving briefly to Abu Dhabi to work for the Abu Dhabi Investment Company.

Natasha joined Matrix Group in 2004 and is responsible for running the Group's internal and external communications. Prior to joining Matrix, Natasha gained several years experience in the financial markets as a credit salesperson at JPMorgan. She sold a broad spectrum of credit products; from credit derivatives to structured products, to UK financial institutions. She has a BSc in Economics from Bristol University.

Cheryl joined Matrix in July 2010 as the Group’s Payroll Officer, and is responsible for looking after all payroll and employee benefit related matters. Prior to joining Matrix, she has gained several years experience in this type of role working as the Sole Payroll Supervisor for a large advertising company, and prior to that as a Payroll Manager in a firm of Chartered Accountants. She holds an IPP Diploma in Payroll Management.

Adrian has been providing the Matrix Group with IT Support since June 2004. He is now a Senior IT Project Analyst responsible for the day to day support of Matrix’s IT functions and assisting in the efficient running of IT Support Staff working practices. Adrian has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years supporting many City clients, working in the fields of advertising research, financial investment, legal services and the leisure industry.
