Randhir joined Matrix as the Group Financial Accountant in July 2001 and is now Financial Director. He is a qualified accountant coming from an audit background specialising in the audit of financial services companies. He is responsible for the Group financial accounting function, including regulatory Financial Services Authority returns, audit and corporate tax. He also heads up a team that provide accounting and tax services (UK and Overseas) for entities acquiring assets across Europe.

Michael joined Matrix in June 2010 as Assistant Group Financial Controller. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2005. Prior to joining Matrix, Michael specialised in financial forecasting and modelling having gained experience in audit.

Chetan was employed by Matrix Securities Ltd, in August 2004, as a Financial Accountant. He qualified as a Certified Accountant in 2002 with Silver Levene, having gained four years experience in audit and accounting services. At Matrix he is responsible maintaining for the accounting ledgers, preparing monthly management accounts and assisting the Financial Controller.

Alykhan joined Matrix in March 2011 as Financial Controller of Investment Banking. Prior to joining Matrix, Alykhan held positions with Cantor Fitzgerald and Knight Capital Group and began his career as a management accountant with Rolls-Royce. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics and is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA).

Ritu joined Matrix in October 2011 as Purchase Ledger Manager. Ritu's main duty is to ensure all invoices are processed on time. She has been overseeing Purchase Ledgers for last five years.

Rebekah joined Matrix in October 2011 as a Financial and Management accountant. Prior to this Rebekah trained as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with MacIntyre Hudson for just over 3 years, gaining a wealth of audit experience, overseeing audits for a variety of clients including large international group companies to SME’s. Rebekah has a BA (hons) degree in Law and Economics from Queen Mary and Westfield University of London.

Tim joined Matrix in April 2008 and carried out the task of both the receiving agent and registrar function before moving into central accounts. He has previously worked for a variety of companies in sectors such as outsourcing, technology, engineering, local government & education. Tim graduated from Manchester University with a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering.
