A Global Macro Equity Fund
The Matrix Macro Fund is a Global Equity Fund managed by Paul Spence.
The Fund aims to maximise total returns, whilst limiting correlation with any particular asset class. The Fund will aim to achieve this by focusing primarily on equities, including indices, and aims to reduce volatility through the application of sensible risk controls. The style of investment pursued by the Manager is theme based macro, market and technical analysis, using his view of the market and its discretion to trade a basket of futures and stocks selected from major indices using momentum and mean reversion indicators.
The fund was launched on 1 November 2009.
