Matrix Redux EM Fund

A Macro Fund with a focus on Emerging Markets

The Matrix Redux EM Fund is a Macro Fund with a focus on emerging markets and is managed by Sudeep Singh.

The Matrix Redux EM Fund is dedicated to producing superior risk adjusted returns using highly liquid instruments primarily in emerging markets and a proven systematic approach. The Fund is a fundamentally based investment advisor with rules based risk management.

The investment objective of the Fund is to provide investors with above average returns by opportunistically investing in securities of issuers located in emerging markets that are considered undervalued by the Investment Manager. The Fund may also invest in securities of issuers located in more developed countries. The Fund expects to achieve its objective by investing primarily in a broad range of asset classes, including equities (including ETFs and related futures), fixed income and foreign exchange instruments and related derivatives.

The Investment Manager intends to supplement its analysis of individual issuers in emerging markets with top down fundamental analysis of the global economy. Such "macro" investing includes tracking global monetary conditions and various leading economic indicators and the interplay of cyclical and structural impulses to predict turning points in the global economy and interest rate cycles.

The Fund launched in May 2010.
