Diversification
This linked Offer enables investors to access the established portfolios of all three Companies with combined assets of £125 million. Whilst the Companies do co-invest and, as a result have overlapping portfolios, by investing in all three Companies the investment risk is spread across a more diverse portfolio of unquoted companies across a number of sectors, whilst also accessing funds which can be invested under the more flexible pre-2007 investment rules. Under the Offer, an investor’s subscription will be split into three equal amounts and used to purchase Offer Shares in each Company at a price linked to NAV plus Offer costs.
