Rob is Head of VCT Services at Matrix Group. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte Haskins and Sells, and worked in their financial sector group as a management consultant. Prior to joining the Matrix Group in 2001, he was a partner in a small firm of accountants servicing the owner-managed sector.

Sarah joined Matrix in November 2001. She acts as Company Secretary to the Venture Capital Trusts where Matrix group companies have been appointed Corporate Secretary. She qualified as a Chartered Secretary in 1995 and has experience of working in a variety of public and private sector organisations.

Natalie joined Matrix in February 2011. She qualified as a Chartered Secretary and Associate in 2005 and acts as Company Secretary to the Venture Capital Trusts where Matrix group companies have been appointed Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining the Matrix Group, she acted as the Company Secretary for one of the UK’s leading alternative investment boutique.

Tim joined Matrix in October 2008 as part of the VCT services team. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has a Masters degree in Economics. Prior to joining Matrix, he spent four years in a medium sized accountancy practice. His role is to produce the management and statutory accounts for five publically listed Venture Capital Trusts.
