Matrix Private Equity Partners LLP is the private equity arm of Matrix Group. We manage funds, primarily through a range of venture capital trusts (VCTs) raised from private investors. Our total funds under management are £120 million across six funds.
We make equity investments, typically up to £7 million, in UK privately owned companies and help entrepreneurial management teams to achieve substantial gains for all shareholders.
Our award winning team specialise in backing management buy-outs (“MBOs”) and our investment criteria cover a very broad range of industries and sectors financing expansion and acquisition. Within the sectors we invest most frequently, we work with a highly experienced Operating Partner who has direct management experience and a wide range of contacts.
