Matrix Private Equity Partners is the private equity arm of Matrix Group. We raise funds, primarily through venture capital trusts (VCTs) offered to private investors and our total funds under management are £140 million.
We make equity investments, typically up to £7 million in UK privately owned companies and help entrepreneurial management teams to achieve substantial gains for all shareholders.
We specialise in backing management buy-outs (“MBOs”) and we invest across a very broad range of industries and sectors financing expansion and acquisition. Our portfolio of equity investments in companies currently numbers 40.
