Introduction
Generally single asset syndicates provide the opportunity to invest in specific commercial properties. Syndicated vehicles can sometimes be the only economic means of participating in some investments or provide exposure to markets where increased returns are anticipated.
Investors may benefit from diversification by investing in a number of syndicates and managing their own risk profile. Syndicates may be structured to provide investors with capital growth or/and income distribution.
