Matrix Property Management Ltd
Matrix Property Management Ltd (MPML) was created to provide the specialist property knowledge required to manage the securitised property investments sponsored by Matrix- Securities Ltd. Originally focussed on the management of Enterprise Zone Property Unit Trust schemes, the team has extended its expertise in recent years to cater for Syndicates, Limited Partnerships and most recently an offshore Unit Trust.
The team principally comprises of Chartered Surveyors, Property/Insurance Administrators and Property Managers. It works in conjunction with an extensive in-house accounts team to provide a comprehensive property management operation.
MPML is responsible for all investor liaison via reports, annual accounts and periodic mail shots. It implements active asset management strategies to enhance property value, utilising a network of outsourced experts where specialist knowledge is required for disciplines such as building consultancy and rent reviews. As such it is able to maintain a lean structure and, via a network of some of the best agents and market contacts in their fields, provide a superior service.
