An Introduction to Matrix Corporate Capital
Matrix Corporate Capital LLP (MCC) is one of the investment banking businesses of Matrix Group. MCC is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority and is a member of the London Stock Exchange. It is a Nominated Broker and Nominated Adviser (NOMAD) to AIM and a Corporate Adviser for the Plus market. MCC incorporates the business previously undertaken by Matrix Corporate Finance (MCF).
MCC aims to bring quality of advice and experience to the mid and smaller cap sectors. MCC's services include listing companies on the AIM market, Primary and Secondary fund raisings, mergers and acquisitions, broking, research and general corporate advice.
MCC seeks to differentiate its services for its corporate clients and the city institutions that invest in them, by ensuring that its high standards of integrity and responsiveness are backed up by thorough in-depth research provided by analysts with strong industry backgrounds.
