Introduction

Matrix has an innovative programme of new structured product launches which aim to meet private clients’ requirements for significant capital security whilst giving them the opportunity to benefit from the twin benefits that hedge funds offer to investors’ portfolios:

• Potentially higher returns than are available from equities
• Low correlation with equities and bonds, providing diversification benefits

All of our Structured Products have a fixed offer period, normally 6 weeks during which clients can invest. At the close of the offer period, the fund is then closed to any further new subscriptions.

• Provide a guarantee that a fixed percentage of your original investment will be paid back to you after a fixed period
• Both the fixed percentage you receive back and the term of the product vary from product to product
• Are designed to be held until maturity but it is possible to sell shares on a monthly basis
• All returns are subject to Capital Gains Tax and Taper Relief
• The minimum investment is £5,000
• The Shares qualify for PEPs, ISAs, SIPPs and SASSs
