Registrars & Receiving Agent

Rob is Head of VCT Services at Matrix Securities Ltd. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte Haskins and Sells, and worked in their financial sector group as a management consultant. Prior to joining the Matrix Group in 2001, he was a partner in a small firm of accountants servicing the owner-managed sector.

Tina is a qualified Chartered Secretary and heads the registrar department at Matrix. Her background experience includes retail branch banking and accounting roles in both the public sector and manufacturing industry.

Paul joined Matrix in February 2005 having previously gained experience in financial administration with Diners Club. Prior to that, Paul worked in retail management at Selfridges for 4 years.

Tim joined Matrix in April 2008 and carries out the task of both the receiving agent and registrar function. He has previously worked for a variety of companies in sectors such as outsourcing, technology, engineering, local government & education. Tim graduated from Manchester University with a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering.
