Philip has worked in financial services for the past 10 years. Prior to becoming Matrix Group’s Compliance Director he was the Managing Director of an IFA business. He has been responsible for the regulatory applications for four of the five regulated businesses and subsequently all their FSA compliance.

Sadia joined our compliance team in December 2007 and has responsibility for complying all marketing communications. She has a legal background and spent 12 months at a private bank prior to joining Matrix.

Justine Shackleton joined Matrix in 2006 as the Group Legal Adviser. Justine was admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales in 1994. Prior to joining Matrix, Justine was a corporate lawyer (practising under her maiden name, Justine Fender) at Linklaters.

Alison joined Matrix in May 2008 as the Group’s Assistant Company Secretary. Alison is a Chartered Secretary with over 20 years experience within the Financial Services sector and has spent the last 6 years as an Assistant Secretary of Barclays Bank PLC.

Natasha joined Matrix Group in 2004, and is responsible for running the Group's marketing, communications, PR, client servicing, branding and the website. Prior to joining Matrix, Natasha gained several years experience in the financial markets as a credit salesperson at JPMorgan. She sold a broad spectrum of credit products; from credit derivatives to structured products, to UK financial institutions. She has a BSc in Economics from Bristol University.

Alice joined Matrix in October 2007 as Group Marketing Assistant. Her previous experience was in luxury PR and television marketing.

Fred joined Matrix Money Management at the start of the business in January 2000 and was appointed Sales Director a year later. He gained considerable experience in the sales and marketing of retail onshore and offshore investment funds to intermediaries with leading fund management houses such as Perpetual and GT Global. After almost 8 years attached to the UK Retail Sales Division he is now marketing Group products to intermediaries in the Far East.

Katie joined Matrix in May 2007 as PA to David Coulson, Justine Shackleton and Chris Merry. Prior to joining she worked as a Legal PA for various law firms across London.

Olivia joined Matrix in August 2006 as assistant to David Royds and Rupert Lywood. Olivia previously worked for the Chairman of Moore Capital.

Laurence Duff is the Group IT Manager responsible for all aspects of Matrix’s IT functions. He joined in January 2005 after transferring from Matrix-Data Ltd where he worked as Technical and Project Manager for the Matrix-Securities account. Prior to that Laurence has developed his IT management career in the financial sector for over 10 years.

Adrian has been providing Matrix Group with IT Support for 3 years initially on contract and as a permanent member of staff from June 2007. He is a Senior IT Support Analyst responsible for the day to day support of Matrix’s IT functions. Adrian has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years supporting many City clients, working in the fields of advertising research, financial investment, legal services and the leisure industry. He has a Brunel Degree in Computer Engineering BSc (Hons).

Andrew joined Matrix in April 2008. He has previously worked as an IT Support Analyst for a London based Telecommunications PR Company and as an IT Service Desk Analyst in Brighton. Andrew has a BSc (Hons) in Software Engineering Management from Bournemouth University.

Tamara joined Matrix in 1992 and has since been an integral part of the development of the business. Although she is still involved in many areas of the organisation, Tamara now concentrates on her role of Human Resources Manager.

Sue joined Matrix in October 2007. Sue will specialise in recruitment and training, having gained several years’ experience through her previous roles in both the internet and business travel industries.

Lilly joined Matrix in January 2008. Lilly comes to us from 12 years with MTV Europe, where she managed projects, office design and relocations and also organised the Press and red carpet side of the Annual MTV Music Awards.

Clare joined Matrix in May 2006 following several years of experience within the customer service sector.

Chantelle joined Matrix in October 2006 following two years working as a receptionist at Pricewaterhouse Coopers.

Teresa joined Matrix in March 2008. For the last 10 years she worked for SunGard Availability Services as Service Desk Analyst.

Chantelle joined Matrix in August 2007 as office assistant.
