VCT Services

Rob is Head of VCT Services at Matrix Securities Ltd. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte Haskins and Sells, and worked in their financial sector group as a management consultant. Prior to joining the Matrix Group in 2001, he was a partner in a small firm of accountants servicing the owner-managed sector.

Sarah joined Matrix in November 2001. She acts as Company Secretary to the Venture Capital Trusts where Matrix-Securities Limited has been appointed Corporate Secretary. She qualified as a Chartered Secretary in 1995 and has experience of working in a variety of public and private sector organisations.

Nigel Joined Matrix in November 2004 as part of the VCT accounts team. He had previously spent 4 years working in the media industry for a satellite television channel. Nigel has recently obtained his ACCA accountancy qualification.

Ross joined Matrix in November 2006 and assists the Company Secretaries for the Venture Capital Trusts and Matrix Group subsidiaries. He is a recent law graduate and is currently studying towards his ICSA qualification.

Daniel joined Matrix in May 2007 as part of the VCT services team. His role involves keeping the cash book and general accounts up to date on a day-to-day basis for 13 VCTs. Daniel is a Finance graduate and is currently studying towards his ACCA qualification.

Julie joined Matrix in August 2007. Julie is a Chartered Secretary with eighteen years administrative experience in life assurance, pensions and unit trust and fund management organisations, including more than two and a half years spent as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer for an FSA regulated company.
