VCT Services supplies a comprehensive administration service to Venture Capital Trust Boards, covering all of their accounting and Company secretarial requirements.
The division is staffed by qualified accountants and company secretaries, and plays a pivotal role in the smooth running of these companies, liaising with each VCT's fund manager(s) and other professional advisers.
Matrix Group also has a separate company, Matrix Registrars Ltd, that provides receiving agent, registrar and company secretarial services. This Company assists in receiving investors' monies, and handling the ongoing relationship between the Company, its investors and introducing IFAs.
The work is performed for our VCT clients (although not receiving agent work), a range of other companies, limited liability partnerships and other entities where Matrix has assisted in raising the initial finance. We offer a responsive service with competitive fees.
