Welcome to the webpage of Matrix Income & Growth 3 VCT. The Company was launched in the 2005/2006 tax year and raised £18.9 million, net of issue costs.

Investment Objective

To provide Investors with a growing income stream, arising both from the income generated by the companies selected for the portfolio and from realising any growth in capital value. The Manager intends to structure investments in unquoted companies as part loan and part equity, expecting to receive regular income and to generate capital gains from trade sales and flotations.
